Having spent the majority of my teenage years chasing swells and waves along the southern California coast, Brackish Surf is pursuing the dream of bringing surf culture to life in Southern Louisiana.

In the past, riding a wave was primarily limited to salt water destinations. However, in recent years, boating technology has made it possible to ride consistent waves in both salt, and fresh water.

Whether you’re making waves in the Tchefuncte, riding waves in Alabama, or still searching for one - Brackish Surf is your advocate. We believe surfing is so much more than riding a wave in the ocean – It’s a state of mind – One that takes all that the world gives us and makes the very best of it.

We believe that no matter what the world throws at us, we will always have each other. We are committed to inspiring others to fall in love with surfing, staying positive, and most importantly to "GET OUT. GET WET."
